30th Annual Golf Tournament Benefit Auction - 2025
As the organization continues to grow, The Men of Good Shepherd (MOGS) keep finding more ways to expand their support for our community. For instance, last year they created a disaster relief committee. Their first mission was to make hot meals for 375 people in Perry Florida who were devastated by Hurricane Helene. They packed up supplies such as food and bottled water, as well as cooking and serving utensils and equipment. They then hooked up their cooker and drove to Perry, spending a day helping their neighbors.
Additionally, over the past 5 years the MOGS ensured over 10,000 people had a Happy Thanksgiving by providing hot meals for them. They lit up Christmas morning for over 5,000 local kids by giving them toys, bikes, tablets and so much more. The MOGS tirelessly work in our community. They build ramps for the handicapped and in cooperation with Sleep in Heavenly Peace, make bunk beds for kids that would have to otherwise sleep on the floor. If that isn’t enough, they contribute to over 20 local, national and international charities including St. Jude’s Hospital.
In line with the 30th anniversary of their Golf Tournament, the MOGS have set a lofty goal to raise $30,000 this year. They can only accomplish that goal and continue their work with your help.
Tickets for the GOLF TOURNAMENT DINNER are available for $30 per person.
Donations to this event are tax deductible to the extent allowable by law.
